Welcome to the Stepaside ETSS weekly fundraiser draw. This is a fundraising initiative, and all the money raised will be used to directly support your children's educational experience and general wellbeing here in our school.
As a school we are committed to providing the very best equipment, teaching and learning resources. Our commitment to provide the very best education for our students means our costs, unfortunately, outweigh the school grants we are provided by the department. This is a challenge for many schools in Ireland and like many other schools, we hope to overcome this challenge with our school lotto fundraiser.
The funds raised will help support, our library, our school food committee, our sports and arts programmes, our phenomenal-based learning weeks and our innovative use of digital teaching and learning devices amongst a myriad of other initiatives.
One particular area we would like to invest in is our sports grounds that will be developed during Phase 2 of our build – which is due to start next year. The current plan is to build 6 outdoor basketball courts but the school would love to be able to put in an astroturf pitch that would facilitate the development of lots of different sports.
We will keep you updated about what we have been able to purchase so you can see the positive benefit of your support.
It would be hugely appreciated if you could contribute €5 weekly for 3 lines, which and you never know you might just win!
We hope that the weekly option of €2.50 for 1 line will allow everybody to contribute.
