Welcome to the Mullingar Town Band fundraiser lotto. We are very proud of our rich musical legacy, founded in 1879. We hope to continue to cultivate the young and upcoming talent within our community. Our ethos within the band is To Educate, To Entertain, To Elevate.
Our primary aim is to educate, we enrol our students from the ages of six. Our Junior Band Music Programme consists of music theory, recorder and bucket drumming, flags and marching, brass and woodwind.
Our young musicians progress through the band and not only grow in confidence as performers but as individuals. There is a fantastic sense of camaraderie which transcends all generations.
All proceeds of our lotto will directly go towards developing our music education programme, such as new instruments, and equipment.
